The space Views of the Puget Sound can be seen from the patio, living room and bedroom - this is a luxurious studio with pristinely appointed interior and exterior space. No stairs are required to access. The patio space provides ultimate privacy with both natural foliage and roller blinds. LOFT (no door) BEDROOM The loft style bedroom (no door) has high quality bedding and mattress for a restful night sleep. We provide luggage holders, wall hooks and full length mirror allowing you to get settled, organized and feeling right at home. Canned lighting and lamps are provided for varying degrees of mood lighting throughout the home. LIVING & DINING Centered in the living room is a brand new couch and hide-a-bed. Mounted on the interior wall is the smart HD Television. Table for two and stand alone chair. Not only stylish but extremely comfortable. Luxury vinyl flooring throughout with quality rugs to make each space cozy. KITCHEN Stainless steel pots and pans and a wide variety of kitchen utensils are available to you. The kitchen cabinets are the original cabinets (solid wood). They've been retrofitted for easy use. Coffee and tea are provided. THE SPA The Bullfrog Hot Tub is a luxurious amenity - relax and unwind after your days activities. We have strict rules around noise and thank you in advance for honoring the quiet hours between 8pm and 8am and abiding by the spa rules at all times. LAUNDRY All space in the home is completely private. The only shared space is the laundry room. SOFT FOOT STEPS But sound proof The ceilings have been professionally soundproof, there is very little noise transfer, however you can hear soft footsteps from the unit above if guests are present. Guest access You will park on the street and walk to through the side gate on the east side of the home. After you walk up the path, you'll find the front door and enter your unique door code to enter.
