Modern Studio Downtown (Walk to Bethesda Metro)

A studio-like in-law suite in downtown Bethesda. The unit is on the ground level and receives abundant sunlight throughout the day. You will be just 7-minutes away from Bethesda Metro Station on the Red Line, which means Downtown Washington DC is just a 20-30 minute commute for you. The space This space is entirely newly-renovated. While it is situated in the lower level, it received plenty of natural light/sunlight and features a walk-out entrance. There's a great deal of sunlight as well. The hardwood is new, the paint is fresh, the kitchen was just installed, and the bathroom was built from scratch. This space is perfect for an individual seeking a long-term stay in the DC area, an intern, a travelling professional, a student, or even a small family of 3 seeking to visit the area on a budget. The couch opens up into a queen-sized couch. Underneath the cushions you will find extra linen and two more pillows. Guest access The studio is generally one open concept space aside from the kitchen and full bath, which is to the left of the entrance. Also, this unit is an in-law unit to a single family home with rather quiet residents upstairs. You will only have access to the studio unit. Other things to note - Please be wary of potential noise from upstair. Quiet hours start around 10:30-11PM, and everybody is aware of this. - Stays longer than 60 days require a deep cleaning of the home (not including organization of personal belongings or laundry) every 30 days. By booking with us, Guest agrees to the monthly cleaning and it’s associated cost of $70 per cleaning. - Seldom do issues arise concerning noise. There is a white noise machine in the unit but I would not recommend booking this space as a light sleeper or if easily bothered by steps and noise. - AC is centrally controlled through the main home for the entire property. Since it’s a lower level in-law suite it’s always cool and when the heat is on, it’s well heated. A space heater is provided for the unit as well. - No shoes indoors.
