Over looking Santa Monica mountains and Ocean views. Guest space is private not shared. Our house is tallest house in Santa Monica. The entire place is about 1300 square fee. Entire 2nd and 3rd floor is rented has private entrance. During guest stay host will be present in home downstairs. Seperate and private. The space Parking: Driveway, one car. We provide extra parking permits. Entrance: Front door, up the staircase to your private entrance. Opens up into the Living Room creating one large spacious room, great for Family Time. This wonderful space has panoramic views of the Santa Monica City and Ocean. Kitchen has Dish Washer, Large Refrigerator, Two large granite counter tops, Microwave, Coffee Maker, oven stove, Breville counter top oven and toaster,Espresso Machine, Tea Pot and everything you will need. Living Room has a big screen TV with a comfortable couch and two wing chairs. This couch turns into a Queen size bed and is brand new. Bedroom 1 has a king size Bed with bedding. Large Closet and two dressers with a balcony window for natural light which overlooks the West side of the City towards the beach. Bedroom 2 had two twin beds with bedding. The two large size twin beds can be pushed together for a Queen size bed. Nice large closet and two Armoire. Main Bathroom has a large size tub a separate tiled shower. .Third bedroom has a twin bed with a bathroom and shower. Located on same floor. Breath taking Terrace with amazing views of Santa Monica Mountains and the Ocean with BBQ and an upper observation Deck. Washer and Dryer Guest access Guest enter through the front door into the foyer, a walk up the staircase to the Guests Private Door that enters into the Top Floor.
