Nicely renovated accommodation in the heart of Le Plateau, sunny, kitchen and dream bathroom, 1 master bedroom (for 2 adults), a bedroom for children with bunk beds as well as a home office (attached to the master's bedroom ) with a lovely daybed for an additionnal guest. It is a retro place, with a view of the mountain, and is full of greenery and character; you will not want to leave! The space Our accommodation is an oasis of light! Perched on the top floor of a charming triplex in Le Plateau’s central district, it has a balcony with a view of Mont-Royal. As the building is semi-detached, there are many windows and, therefore, a very beautiful brightness. Completely renovated in 2014, the accommodation is very clean and very functional in every way. The bathroom has a vintage bathtub with legs, but also a very nice open shower. The kitchen has been designed with care, being the kitchen lover that I am :), and is the centerpiece of the house; it opens onto the dining/living room. It is a fully equipped dream kitchen. The second bedroom is a colorful, fully equipped child's bedroom, which makes the accommodation ideal for a couple traveling with one or two children. Furthermore, the master bedroom is large, bright and has access to the front balcony and is adjacent to the home office in the front of the house into which I recently added a day bed for a possible extra guest. The accommodation is fully equipped. The kitchen: Gas oven, crockery and kitchen equipment. The bathroom: Bathtub with legs, open/modern shower. The living room: Television with cable chrome tv. Washing room: Washer, dryer. Child's room (bunk bed) Master bedroom (2 adults) Queen bed, loveseat, balcony with view. Office -library with day bed (1 person) I will be happy to advise travelers who will be visiting my accommodation. Moreover, since my family lives on the other floors of the building, visitors can always count on their help for any question during their stay. The lodging is located in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal, the most sought-after area of Montreal. Within walking distance are many bars, restaurants, etc. La Fontaine Park, one of the most beautiful parks in Montreal, is 5 minutes away, Laurier park is also 5 minutes away, and Jeanne-Mance and Mont Royal parks are a 20-minute walk away! Nearby are the Mile-end (15 min), Outremont (25 min) and Little Italy (25 min), which are all neighborhoods that must be visited! Downtown and Old Montreal can be reached in less than 20 minutes. The metro station is about 5-7 min walk and many bus lines are around the corner. You will not find any other accommodation as homely and as family-friendly in the heart of Montreal. Be careful in the event of a major heatwave, the AC is not powerful enough to cool the entire apartment, but usually makes the interior temperature very tolerable.
