Hi, I'm Lea. We hope our 180° mountain view house will provide you with a pleasant trip! We have two separate units with separate bathrooms. Each unit is located at both ends of the house and has its own entrance. If you need separate rooms, both can be rented. Both have the same structure. No marijuana/any drugs!A $200 fee will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking or drug use. Check-out time is 11am, and a $50 fine will be charged for every 5 minutes late. The space This is a newly renovated cozy private room with a 180° city view that will give you an unforgettable trip. The room is fully equipped with a refrigerator, smart TV, Wi-Fi, and all kitchen utensils. The room includes a private bathroom and a laundry room reserved for guests. If the owner has time, airport drop-off service is available for an additional fee. Santa Anita Racetrack, Methodist Hospital of Southern California, subway station, shopping mall and Asian supermarket are all just 10 minutes away by car. Highway 210 is 5 minutes, Vons is 1 minute, Pasadena is 20 minutes. We don't allow marijuana or any other drugs here!Any evidence of smoking and drug use in the room will be charged $200. Guest access The laundry room is exclusively for guests. Other things to note Due to its location in the mountains, it is easy to cause a fire. So please don't smoke on the street.
