Swim in front of your door in this natural pool! 210 m² detached house, renovated, high-end and air-conditioned in 2022, up to 12 adults + 4 children 1st line on the edge of the Thau lagoon, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, kite surfing. Typical fishing district of Pont Levis in Sète. 2 parts on the ground floor (47 m² and 80 m²) and one floor (83 m²). Located on the front line, magnificent view with a direct access gate to the Thau pond. The accommodation has been completely refurbished (bedding, bathrooms, floors, kitchen, air conditioning...) for an opening in June 2022. Etang side: The house "Côté Etang" is has a large living space directly overlooking the pond of Thau. This living space includes an equipped kitchen open to the living / dining room (with TV). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine. Dishes and cooking equipment are included. Adjacent to the living room, an open children's bedroom with a bunk bed (90 cm) and a bathroom cabinet with a sink. Access to other bedrooms and bathrooms is via the inner courtyard/covered patio. Both bedrooms are independent master suites. Each suite measures 18 m² and has a large 160 cm bed, a dresser and a wardrobe. In each suite, you can enjoy a bathroom (shower) with a sink and separate toilet. A TV is installed in one of the suites. Regarding the outdoors, you have access to: - a large 20 m² terrace overlooking the pond (a parasol is at your disposal). - a 30 m² covered patio - a grill / charcoal ************************** Sunset side: The house "Côté Sunset" is composed of the ground floor and upstairs (accessible via an independent external staircase). Upstairs, view of the pond: - A large living space that can accommodate 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 children. -One living room with TV - A dining room overlooking the beautiful panoramic terrace - An open kitchen, equipped with an oven, induction stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine. Dishes and cooking equipment are included. - A large master suite with 160 cm bed, private bathroom with bathtub, vanity, toilet, dresser with TV and desk. - A bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a wardrobe - A bedroom with a 120 cm bed (for 1 adult or 2 children) and a wardrobe - A bathroom shared by these 2 bedrooms with bathtub and toilet On the ground floor, street side: - A living area including a living/dining room overlooking a terrace (TV in the living room) - An open kitchen, equipped with an oven, induction stove, fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine. Dishes and cooking equipment are included. - Bathroom (shower) with toilet - A master bedroom with a 160 cm bed and closet - An adjoining open bedroom with bunk bed (90 cm) for children Regarding the outdoors, you have access to: - upstairs, a large 30 m² terrace overlooking the pond, and an electric plancha - on the ground floor, a 20 m² terrace The pond allows swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, boating, kite surfing, windsurfing... in front of the house. The beach is a 3-minute drive and about a 12-minute walk away. ************************** Linens, towels, bath mat and tea towels are not provided in the nightly rate. Extra charge if desired (€10/pers. for the stay) Attention, we do not provide beach towels, please do not use those from the rental outside the house. If you book two weeks or more, we will change the linens free of charge on a weekly basis if you have taken the linen option and will carry out a mandatory weekly cleaning (€130) to be paid directly to our concierge. You also have the option to rent only Côté Etang or Côté Sunset. To do so, we invite you to view the listings "Oasis Cove – Pond Side" and "Oasis Cove – Sunset Side". Check-in and checkout will be done with our concierge Jean-Marc (monconcierge-a-sète) who will contact you 48 hours before your arrival.
