Rental unit is on the ground floor/street level with separate door. The hosts live upstairs. This listing includes 2 suites and each with exclusive private bath. Both Suite A & B has a queen and a twin bed. The standard rent covers up to 4 guests, but you can add two more guests at $35 for each guest per night. Total maximum is 6 guests. Children older than 2-years needs to pay. One TV is in the living room only, with Netflix, YouTube and Apple TV. If you like to watch any pay-per-view or on demand channel, please use your own account/credit card to pay. Please check out the instructions before using the remote control and TV monitor. Our kitchenette is equipped with some appliances but no stove/oven. It has toaster, microwave, dishwasher, hot-water kettle, portable induction-type cooktop burner. We provide a filtered water pitcher in each room, milk, cereals, ground coffee and tea bags. There are some essential cookware, utensils and cooking condiments in kitchen cabinets. Our cleaner will be on site at 11 am to do the cleaning on your departure date. Please contact host if you need to leave luggage with us upon checking out. Guest access - Free internet access and Wi-Fi in your room, network password will be provided upon check-in. - TV has been set up to provide Netflix, Apple TV and YouTube. Instructions for using the remote control is on the wall behind TV. - Guest is responsible to pay by your own credit card for watched pay-per-view movie or game. Host reserves the right to charge against guest's security deposit for reimbursement. - Kitchenette includes k-cup coffee maker, toaster, hot-water kettle, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cook-top burner (there is no range stove). There is a 24-hour laundromat near the 7-11 store at the corner of 32nd Ave & Taraval Street. - Transportation info is available at SFMTA website or you may download MuniMobile app. During your stay In case you need our assistance and if we are at home, we can greet you upon arrival and show you around. We will answer your questions in person if you feel comfortable. Otherwise, we can communicate by text msg or send email on the Airbnb platform. Other things to note - Guests may park on the driveway in front of our garage door first come first served, or on the street (free parking). Stay away from the colored curbs with parking limits. - If parked on streets, please pay attention to posted signs for street-cleaning scheduled or school student's drop-off time. - Turn your tire/wheel's direction against the curb to avoid car sliding when parked on slope or uneven street.
