We have lovingly renovated our apartment close to the city, which is located directly on a nature reserve, and functionally equipped with every comfort. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Welcome to Wolfsburg! We carefully renovated our apartment, which is close to the city and directly next to a beautiful nature reserve, and it’s now fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The space Now new: with air conditioning! The apartment is located in the beautiful Neuhaus, not far from Wolfsburg and the Volkswagen factory, in an absolutely quiet location and in the immediate vicinity of a nature reserve with a beautiful forest, which invites you to take a walk. The Volkswagen plant and Wolfsburg city centre with the Designer Outlet, the castle and the Autostadt are about 10 minutes away by car. Weekly or monthly rent can be requested individually. The apartment consists of a sleeping and living area with a small kitchen as well as a bathroom with a shower. - Hallway - Living room (with a 1.80 m x 2.00 double bed) and kitchen - Bathroom (with shower) - Private garden area with large terrace and seating - Free street parking (right next to the apartment) - Electric vehicles can be charged for €0.40/kWh ------------------------------------------------------------------ The flat is located in the beautiful inner-city suburb Neuhaus. It’s in near proximity of Wolfsburg in a nicely and quiet neighbourhood and directly next to a nature reserve which invites you to take a relaxing walk through the forest. The Volkswagen factory and the centre of Wolfsburg, which offers attractions such as the Designer Outlet, the castle and the Autostadt theme park, are just about 10 minutes’ drive away. Price for weekly or monthly rent upon request. The studio-apartment offers a large bed, a place to work or dine, a lovely kitchen and a private bathroom. - Living room (incl. a large 1,80 m x 2,00 m double bed) and kitchen - Bathroom with shower - Small garden with a private terrace which invites for a relaxing stay - Public parking for free right next to the apartment. - Electric cars can be charged for 0.40 €/kWh. Guest access Central heating supply, smart TV, fast wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime. Sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen has cooking appliances, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Senseo coffee pad machine, kettle. There are cookware, cups, plates, bowls and cutlery. We also provide coffee pads, various teas, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. ------------------------------------------------------------------ There's central heating, smart tv, fast WIFI, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Bedsheets and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped, including cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezing compartment, coffee pad-machine, electric kettle. Pots and pans, cups, plates, bowls and cutlery, as well as coffee pads, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper are provided. Other things to note Check-in time is from 2-8pm Check-out is till: 11:00 am Other times may be arranged, please feel free to contact us for this. Smoking in the apartment is not allowed. Pets by appointment. Please just contact us for this! Since the apartment is located in the middle of a quiet neighborhood, partying is not possible and the night's rest must be observed. Children are welcome. We will also provide a baby cot and high chair. Other times can be arranged – please contact us for further arrangement. No smoking inside the apartment. Pets are only allowed upon agreement (extra charge). Children are welcome. If needed we can provide a travel cot and a high chair free of charge. The flat is located in a silent neighbourhood, please be considerate and do not host parties or make noise late at night.
