The space Stay in a charming apartment inside a beautiful interwar-period building, full of character and history! The space has kept its authentic vibe with minimal renovations and is perfectly located — just steps from the city center, the Archaeological Museum, and only a 2-minute walk to Viktoria Square metro station. You'll find everything you need nearby, with three supermarkets and plenty of mini-markets within walking distance. What makes this place even more special? Special care and attention is required on your part concerning young children due to the balcony. **From the main entrance of the building to the elevator there are some steps House rules •This apartment is in a residential apartment building. It is not a hotel, it is my own house. Guests are kindly requested to respect the place and the other residents. **Please, use the electric appliances sensibly and turn them off before going out. ** keep doors and windows closed when using the air conditioning and set the cooling temperatures between 26C and 28C , and heat temperatures between 20C and 23C. THE A/C MUST BE OFF WHEN YOU ARE NOT IN THE APARTMENT •The local resting hours are 15:00 - 17:30 and 22:30 - 07:30. Please, keep the noise level down during these hours. * DO NOT throw paper or anything else in the toilet, it will clog the pipes. There is a trash bin next to the toilet. * Do not use the bath towels as bath mats or as anything else, irrelevant to their proper use. Do not use them for make-up removal. * In Greece, rubbish can be taken out every day, at any time and can be put in the special bins (grey color) found at various locations around the neighborhood. **Do not keep rubbish in the apartment * There is no private parking in the premises but there are many, free parking spots around the neighborhood.
