The only restricted areas are the basement and the attic, which are used for storage and are not part of the guest space. Other things to note • Lower Unit: There may be guests staying in the separate lower-level apartment. Each unit has its own private entrance, but we appreciate your consideration with noise, especially during quiet hours. • Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out when possible. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll confirm availability. A fee of $10 per hour applies outside standard times. • Climate Control: The apartment is typically kept between 70–72°F for comfort.
