Due to the coronavirus, we are taking extra care to deep clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Apartment temperature is controlled and typically kept at 70-72 degrees. Temperature can be adjusted upon request. If parking on the street, please be aware of street signs. Handicap parking, etc. Please note, there is a tenant that lives in the lower apartment unit. There are separate entrances for both units. Please be mindful of noise between 11pm - 8am. Cleanliness and house rules are important. Guest access Guests can access the entire space except the basement and the attic. Other things to note * **Lower Unit Tenant:** Please be aware that guests may be staying in the separate, lower-level apartment. Both units have their own private entrances. We kindly ask that you be considerate regarding noise, especially during quiet hours. * **Early Check-in / Late Check-out:** Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and approval. An associated fee of $10 per hour applies to approved requests outside standard hours. * **Climate Control:** The apartment temperature is typically maintained between 70-72°F for your comfort. The thermostat can be adjusted upon request. * **Health & Safety:** We take cleanliness very seriously. In addition to our standard professional cleaning, we take extra care to deep-clean and disinfect all high-touch surfaces between reservations.
