This jewel is tucked away in a gorgeous setting. The location is perfect. It's located a short walk from the Quick Silver ski lift and you can walk to every restaurant and shop on Main Street. Yet, the condo is peaceful and quite as it occupies a corner of the concrete building, 1150 sq. feet. This condo underwent a complete interior remodel in 2013. This owner's second home is perfect for your winter vacation to Breck! Great for remote working with High Speed Internet. The space Kitchen has gorgeous granite counters and bar. The adjacent living area is cozy with a gas fireplace to warm you up after skiing. Relax watching the large screen TV with cable, Roku, and surround sound. High Speed Internet is available if you must tend to business. There are games to entertain the whole family. Kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, spice, slow cooker. As for coffee we have a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig ( bring your own pods). The dining area includes a large table that folds out to double in size for game night. And the large balcony great for an afternoon cocktail. Dry your wet ski gear in the in-suite washer and dryer. The condo has two bedrooms each with a TV. Primary bedroom has a king bed, desk and oversized shower in private bath. Second bedroom has queen bed and twin bunk-beds (new in 2018). Second bathroom has a tub/shower. There is a third bathroom with an oversized shower, and washer/dryer. Enjoy use of the Columbine Pool & Hot Tub complex (seasonal) offering an outdoor pool, and four outdoor hot tubs, remodeled Dec 2018. Pets are NOT allowed and this is a NO SMOKING facility. This unit is not small child-friendly. This was remodeled not just as a rental unit but was the owner’s second home. That’s why the finishes are amazing! PARKING: Unit includes two tandem parking places. Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge. Short walk to Quicksilver lift. Other things to note NO PETS. If pet is on premises we reserve the right to charge additional fees for cleaning and fines from the HOA. Amounts will be based on HOA fines at the time and additional cleaning fees incurred. Cleaning fees are charged and we ask checkout guidelines be followed. In the event we incur extra charges for damage or extra cleaning we reserve the right to withhold security deposit appropriately.
