NOTE: RENTED DOWNSTAIRS APARTMENT. OWN PRIVATE ENTRANCE. DOES NOT SHARE OUTDOOR SPACE, PATIO, OR POOL The space RANCH HOME 🏡 - up to 6 guests Sleeps 6 adults very comfortably between 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Full, 2 Twins) and up to 8 adults with use of air mattress. 3 bedrooms: large master suite with King bed & bathroom (shower over tub); average bedroom with 2 Twin beds- both bedrooms have bay windows with stunning views. 3rd bedroom smaller (cozy yet cheerful!), with Full-size bed. Off hallway between Twin & Full bedrooms: shower room. Solid oak floors, central HVAC, kitchen with granite countertops & central island, quartz vanity tops, X-large washer & dryer, quality rugs/furniture/decor/equipment, and more. Numerous bay windows and patio doors invite daylight and nature inside each room. NOTE: Lower floor apartment has renters but has a private entrance. Does not be share outdoor space, pool or patio. Guest access AMENITIES: - Self-check-in & self-check-out with keypad access codes. - Wireless internet (100 megs download). - 2 Roku TVs (55” & 58”) with access to Netflix but no cable TV; guests may access personal accounts. - Seasonal outdoor, in-ground, fenced-in swimming pool with lounge chairs (summer only, not heated). - Stone patios with eating & sitting areas. - Gas grill & Fire pit. - Desk in front-room for office work. - Several sitting areas with exquisite views. - Antique dining table with 2 optional extensions. - Renovated & fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, 2 stoves, coffee machine, plus additional special equipment (crockpot, juicer, mixer, fondue set, etc.). - Hanging hammock chair for all. Other things to note - GUEST REQUIREMENT: Because of too many regrettable experiences, we no longer accept guests who have: (1) No Airbnb reviews at all, or (2) No good or one bad Airbnb review - LONGTERM RENTAL: property ideal for visiting professionals (professors, university staff, traveling nurses, company experts, etc.), boarding school parents, etc. Please contact us if interested. - BASEMENT APARTMENT: Apartment has renters. However, they have their own private entrance and do not share the property, pool, or patio with guests. - DRIVEWAY: long uphill path covered in milled asphalt; splits in 2 with clear signs toward each residence. Please follow #39 Cedar Ridge. In case of ice or snow, we recommend that you drive around the pond: instead of taking a left at the first signs, continue straight, then around the pond, and bear left at the second set of signs.
