The space Beautifully restored and appointed 1939 house with original artwork, middle eastern rugs, antiques, old growth hardwood floors, windows, doors and kitchen cabinetry. It’s truly a rare gem! Main Level: Galley kitchen, sun-filled dining room, living room with a large sofa (sleeps one adult) and front entrance area. Outdoor Patio: Sunny private patio with BBQ grill for enjoying summer nights, surrounded by the front yard grass that is bordered with bushes. Upstairs: Two bedrooms each with a queen bed. Premium bedding with 450 thread count cotton sheets, down comforters with duvets and four down pillows per bed. All pillows and mattresses are new and wrapped in anti-allergen covers. Bathroom has original clawfoot tub with shower and plenty of cotton towels. Downstairs: Laundry area with washer/dryer and utility sink and detergent is provided. Ample storage for mountain bikes and other outdoor gear. Roku Smart TV 4K-HDR, streaming friendly. Local Antenna provides 20 channels. Bose bluetooth speaker for your Spotify/Music. Wifi: High speed cable delivered internet provided by Vast broadband, with Netgear combination high speed modem/router that provides signal to entire house and patio. Brand new furnace with heat, central air conditioning and a Nest thermostat that with a couple pushes displays the outside weather and temperature. Parking: Off street parking at back entrance with additional off street parking in large front lot that will accomodate a fifth wheel trailer or RV. Guest access You will have the whole house to yourself. EV charging is an additional $25 per stay, please inform your host at time of booking. Other things to note The house is a labor of love and the old wood, original light fixtures, etc. are rare. Please treat the property kindly as we are all just custodians of history. Also to protect the floors and middle eastern carpets please remove shoes while indoors. Must be able to step in and out of clawfoot tub/shower. EV charging: There is a $25 fee per stay for charging you vehicle, let your host know at time of booking and the additional fee will be send to you in a seperate request thru Airbnb. Early check-in and late check-out may be available with advance request for additional $45.
