The space The Outdoor Experience: Your Private Oasis The highlight of this property is the fully fenced private courtyard, featuring a spacious furnished veranda. It is the perfect spot for al fresco dining, equipped with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and a circular dining table. To complete your outdoor experience, you will find an iconic barbecue for delicious grilled meals and an outdoor shower—ideal for refreshing yourself after a sunny day at the beach. Maritime Style & Ultimate Comfort The interiors are thoughtfully decorated in a maritime style, using turquoise and light green tones that reflect the crystal-clear waters of the nearby coast. Master Bedroom: Features a Queen Size bed with a high-end, latest-generation mattress and memory foam pillows for superior comfort. Second Bedroom: Equipped with two single beds (80x190 cm), also featuring memory foam mattresses and pillows for a restorative sleep. Climate Control: Both bedrooms are fitted with powerful, modern air conditioning units. Each guest is provided with a choice of pillows (different firmness), bedspreads, and duvets of varying weight to suit every preference. Bathroom & Amenities The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and bidet. We provide each guest with a set of three soft terry towels and a Welcome Kit (shampoo/shower gel, soap, intimate wash, and shower cap). A hairdryer and extra toilet paper are also available. Fully Equipped Kitchen & Living Area The kitchen is ready for your culinary creations, featuring: 4-burner gas stove, small electric oven, and fridge/freezer. Nespresso machine (with pods), classic Moka, kettle, and toaster. A full set of pots, pans, and high-quality kitchenware. The living area features a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a large single sofa bed. Guest access Upon arrival, guests will find public street parking at the end of a dead-end street in a quiet area of ​​Sos Alinos, a small gem in the Gulf of Orosei. Across from the parking lot is the entrance gate leading to the outdoor space—a flight of approximately 10 illuminated steps, shared with the adjacent apartment—where the entrance door with a key box for self-check-in is located. The space shared with guests of the neighboring apartment includes, in addition to the flight of stairs at the entrance, a portion of the fenced internal courtyard, and shared use of the outdoor garden. Upon request, we offer the possibility of early check-in or late check-out at a one-off cost of €25.00, subject to availability. Other things to note The entire apartment is NO-SMOKING. Smoke detectors are activated, with alarms. PLEASE NOTE: Only when there are 4 guests in the reservation will all beds be made up as shown in the photo gallery.
