This will remain in affect until further notice. I thank you in advance for your attention to this unprecedented situation we are all facing. Please see below: Guests will be required to bring all their own: Bed linens Blankets/comforters Bath towels Beach towels Rags to wipe up in the kitchen Plastic plates, bowls, cutlery, and cups We have been strongly advised on these matters for everyone’s protection. Avoid to the best of ur ability using anything in the kitchen that has to be washed. That includes, but is not limited to: Pots Pans Cooking utensils Silverware Plates Bowls Cups In addition, for everyone’s safety there will be bottles of disinfectant spray throughout the home. Spray desired area, wait 60 seconds then wipe down. I will provide cleaning rags as we send them out and have professionally laundered. There will also be a specified bin to place used rags. If renting in warm weather, please be sure to pack sunblock and bug spray Please pack floatation devices for anyone who cannot swim Pool is 9’ deep Upon arrival, I have detailed note cards throughout the house which will prove to be helpful to turn lights, fans, etc. on and off IMPORTANT This is our home and we are not renting for our guests to have parties or other get togethers during ur stay. You will be charged for additional guests that were not registered during original reservation. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed on top of the original cleaning fee. It’s a liability on us as the home owners. Please just do the right thing!!!l
