Our apartment is nicely decorated with a garden overlooking the sea and town center. It is perfect for family vacation or young people who want to have fun. Our house is situated in a very calm part of the town. Also, it is close to a charming town center, beautiful sandy beaches and restaurants where you can enjoy fresh local food. The space Our space is always tidy, clean and welcoming! This listing is for 1 of the apartments in our house. It is very easy to commute to the town of Novalja-Zrce (20 km, 20 min) and Zadar (50 km, 45 min). Also there are a bus lines to mentioned locations. It comfortably fits four aldults. The bedrooms are very quiet and sunny rooms. The living area is spacious, comfortable to hang out and relax in. We don't ask for a deposit or cleaning fee.
