The space Private guest house: Private kitchen, private bathroom. Newly renovated - Lots of light, very bright apartment. In a small, friendly neighborhood near the beach. Living room, separate bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom, closets. Beautiful new hardwood floors throughout (tile in kitchen & bath). About 650 square feet. On a very small cul de sac street with very little traffic & really friendly neighbors. 1 California King bed, 1 twin sized bed, 1 couch bed, and we can set up 2 comfortable cots at no extra charge. There is no air conditioner in the apartment, but we have a ceiling fan which is always sufficient for our mild weather in Santa Monica. Extra charge of $25 for extra guests beyond 3. Per Santa Monica regulations: primary residents will be present on the property during the stay of our guests. This means that we will be nearby, but you won't see us unless you need something. Guest access There's a cute seating area in front of the house for exclusive guest use. Since we're on such a small cul de sac street, it's easy to sit and enjoy a slow, quiet day or evening.
