Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!! The space Very relaxing and cozy getaway with a nice pool and hot tub! Guest access Guest can use the patio and entire backyard area. Other things to note Great access to many local attractions Shopping Festivals Concerts Downtown Denton UNT and TWU are within 10 minutes Close to I35 to hit Dallas or Ft Worth 30 minutes to Winstar or Texas Motor Speedway Trash collection is every Thursday
