Simple and clean space with an excellent host ready to meet your needs. Close to a Walmart, DG, Subway, and other convenient locations with a slew of places to shop like Hobby Lobby, Target and Khol's. The home is approx. 15-20 minutes away from all attractions downtown Mobile including Mardi Gras as well as places like the Soul Kitchen for local concerts, the Blue Gill for awesome southern cuisine overlooking the water with beautiful sunsets, and historical places like the Battleship! The space This Airbnb provides your basic needs for home life; a place to rest your head, cook and eat your meals, get a hot shower and maybe watch a little TV. It is a reasonable Airbnb for those who are traveling for work and/or need a short stay. We do ask that our guests please provide their own laundry detergent and dryer sheets when using the washer/dryer. There is a lost key fee of $20.00 so please make sure to hold onto your keys and place them on your dresser with the bedroom door unlocked when leaving. Thank you and we hope you enjoy your stay! Guest access The kitchen, laundry, dining, living & bathroom are all shared spaces for each guests residing in separate rooms at this AirBnb. Due to this, we ask and encourage that our guests always make sure to tidy up after themselves as to leave the common areas clean for the next guest that enters. This includes washing your own dishes, wiping down the areas used and putting items of use back where the originated from. Although we preemptively and routinely prepare for pests, this helps to keep the home clean and rid of any unwanted creatures to create a more comfortable stay for everyone involved. Depending on the length of your stay, the sheets will be changed routinely, the floor swept and mopped if needed (although we ask that guests are respectful as to clean any spills that may occur and if unable to render the situation, please call us and let us know so that we may have the opportunity to), and the garbage taken out. If you prefer your room to be left unkept, please let us know. During your stay We are always in close proximity of the property and may pop in to change linens or tidy up when necessary. Please let us know how you would prefer your stay to be. Joyce is the main point of contact and our numbers and wifi information is provided for guests on a board upon entry into the home. Thanks! ATTENTION::: THIS IS A SHARED AIRBNB, THE BOOKINGS ARE SET UP TO ACCOMMODATE 2 GUESTS PER ROOM. THE BATHROOMS ARE SHARED UNLESS THE MASTER BEDROOM IS BOOKED SEPARATELY AT LOCATIONS WHERE A PRIVATE RESTROOM IS AVAILABLE. ALL OTHER ROOMS HAVE TO SHARE THE BATHROOM. EACH GUEST IS EXPECTED TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES UPON UTILIZING AND EXITING THE COMMON AREAS AS TO LEAVE THEM IN THE SAME GREAT CONDITION FOR OTHER GUESTS THAT ARE SHARING THE HOME. She will typically be the one to greet you and answer any questions and is also the one who will give permissions. This house is not your all-out luxurious accommodation with a hotel experience. This home is entirely suited to meet the very basic, minimal needs for guests looking for somewhere to lay their head for a fair and reasonable price. We ask all of our guests to please be courteous and thoughtful of one anothers' schedules, common area cleanliness and time of day sensitivity to noise and disruptions. Please provide us with ample notice of any complaints that you may have throughout your stay so that we may have the opportunity to care for and tend to those needs.
