The Router: Cute Guest Place

The home is located in a convenient and quiet Lynnwood residential neighborhood. Alderwood mall, coffee shops, restaurants, markets, downtown Lynnwood, public transportation, I-5 and I-405 are just minutes away. Downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and Everett are about 15 miles away. Great for a family, couple, solo adventurer, or business traveler. The space The space is a huge separated bedroom guest suite with it own outside entry doors, bathroom and electric fire place. The suite is recently renovated and has a queen bed, single bed, 50 inches smart Ruku TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, oven, eating table, and two chairs. Guest access The place is in a multiple Airbnb listings building. You will have full access to the entire place through a private entrance door. You also have additional access to the back-yard. If you stay more than 3 days, you can access to a shared laundry room in a building nearby. Please ask for access code and instructions if you need to use the shared laundry room. The access code will be provided before the check in time. Other things to note Is your group larger than this home will accommodate? We can host up to *40* guests across our portfolio with all homes located within the same block!
