This is not a shared house. Other things to note NEIGHBORS & NOISE This unit is in a condo community and there are neighbors. SMOKING AND FIRES Smoking is not allowed on the property due to high fire danger. Sorry! Also, outdoor wood fire pits and charcoal grills are illegal in Estes. Gas is OK. MINUT We use a Minut noise meter. It doesn't record audio, but instead monitors decibel levels, temperature and humidity. This is for the safety of guests & to protect the home. It also serves to warn us about parties & prevent noise complaints from neighbors.
