Close to restaurants, beaches, art galleries and museum. Please do not book for a group that does not include yourself. Person booking the apartment must be one of the guests staying. COVID update: At this time we cannot allow guests that are not part of the reservation to visit the property during your stay. The space Common room with dining and living space. Kitchenette with full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven (NO STOVE or OVEN). Queen bedroom with private bath. The other two bedrooms share a bath. Clawfoot tubs. Washing machine (no dryer). Does not have separate entrance and must walk up to third floor to reach apartment. Family and pets in residence on lower floors. Other things to note Next to historic church - church bell rings on the hour (every hour). Absolutely NO SMOKING in the home or on the property. Air conditioning - fans provided for each room. In the summer there will be two or three window air conditioning units.
