The apartment is just a ten-minute walk from the center of Klobenstein. Nearby are the Ritten earth pyramids, public transport (narrow-gauge railway, bus stop), a speed skating rink (ten minutes on foot), and the Rittner Horn ski area (four kilometers away). An outdoor pool and swimming lake are also nearby. From May to November, guests can fish in the property’s lake. A guest card is provided free of charge (includes free use of public transport and more). Four parking spaces are available on the property. Pets (dogs only) are allowed for an additional fee.
