The accommodation is just a ten-minute walk from the center of Klobenstein. Nearby are the Ritten earth pyramids, public transport (narrow-gauge railway, bus stop), a speed skating rink (ten minutes on foot), and the Rittner Horn ski area (four kilometers away). An outdoor pool and a swimming lake are also close by. From May to November, you can fish at the property's lake. The property offers the Ritten Card free of charge (free use of public transport and much more). Four parking spaces are available on the premises.
