Inspired by Greek island architecture, Villa Mariel is a newly built private villa located on the hillside above Skopelos Town. Featuring whitewashed interiors and minimal décor, the home offers a serene and contemporary island experience with complete privacy. Guests can enjoy a private pool, a lounge patio, and a gas barbecue, making it ideal for relaxed outdoor living and entertaining. The space Villa Mariel features two bedrooms with king-size beds and comfortably accommodates up to four guests. There is a full bathroom on the first floor, accessible to both bedrooms, as well as a half bathroom on the ground floor for added convenience. Our villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, with high quality electric appliances as well as a flat-screen smart TV in each bedroom with free Netflix guest access. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Additional amenities include a washing machine, dishwasher, SMEG espresso maker, and SONOS Bluetooth speaker. Guests can enjoy their own private pool and sun terrace, complete with a shaded seating area designed for relaxed alfresco dining, all surrounded by panoramic views of the mountains and natural landscape. A beautifully designed outdoor shower beside the pool adds a refreshing and convenient touch to long, sun-soaked days outside. Our guests can access all areas of the property during their stay. On the patio of the villa there is a cabinet with cleaning products which will be locked at all times.
