Golden SeaView Home is a spacious and modern holiday home with panoramic views over the idyllic Plat Bay. The property consists of 2 self contained apartments within which there are 4 luxurious double bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 front facing balconies, as well as a lovely large terrace to the rear on which guests can truly relax and unwind. Both apartments contain a centrally located powerful air con which cools the entire space. The space The house consists of two self contained apartments. Apartment 1 ( bottom apt) has 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 working room with a sofa which can be extended into a sleeping bed, bathroom with washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, and a living/dining room. There is one powerful air con which cools the entire apt. In front of this apartment there is a spacious balcony with a sea view. Apartment 2 ( upper apt) has also 2 bedrooms with double beds, living room with sofa which can be extended into sleeping bed, kitchen and bathroom. This apartment doesn't have washing machine and dishwasher. There is also 1 powerful air con which cools the entire space. The balcony with a sea view is located in front, and on the back there is a large patio with dining table and chairs. Guest access The guests have the entire space for use. Other things to note - There are some stairs from the parking place to the house ( see the photo)
