Fireplace in the photos is only decorative and non-operable. 4. The upstairs primary bedroom, while enclosed, can be opened up by opening up a wall of shutters. Hence, noise from the downstairs living area travels easily to this room. 5. A home nearby is currently under construction for Summer/ Fall 2024. Some noise and nuisance is possible. Please inquire for details. 6. The indoor fireplace is only for wintertime use.
