Darling Twin Peaks Home with Private Back Yard

Nice mid-century updated fully detached home in a quiet convenient residential neighborhood. Located in the center of the city, but away from it all, at the top of Twin Peaks. Easy access to all areas of the city and public transportation. The space House: It's a two bedroom one bath fully detached home of about 1000 sq. ft. The home was built in 1964 but has been significantly updated over the last ten years. Yard: There is a private backyard, that includes a deck, BBQ, outdoor furniture, dinning table and chairs, umbrella, etc... Sleeping: Home sleeps 3 comfortably, 4 if they are small kids. The main bedroom features gorgeous mid century Danish furnishings and a comfy Queen bed. The second room is usually set up as a TV room, but has a convertible bed that is between a twin and full size. Very comfy with a foam topper and our cozy bedding. Location: Twin Peaks-There are no homes behind the house as it abuts the Twin Peaks lookout area. The neighborhood is very quiet, safe, and residential, with easy street parking and quick access to Golden Gate Park, Inner Sunset, Hayes Valley, Cole Valley, Noe Valley, and 19th Ave. Twin Peaks can be quite cool foggy, especially in the spring and summer. Parking: Easy on street parking is available in front of the home. Please also note that we do live here, please expect items and conditions consistent with a home not a hotel. For instance, there may be clothes in the closet, food available to guests, toiletries in the bathroom etc... Please also be aware that according to the short term stay requirements of San Francisco one is not legally authorized to rent a home on AirBNB that is not occupied. Guest access Full access to the living quarters and yard. The garage will not be accessible. Other things to note No Pets: Our home features lovely original Danish furnishings, locally made art and decor, and expensive rugs. Additionally, the yard is not fully fenced and abuts a nature reserve with a healthy coyote population that have sadly carried off many dogs and cats over the years. For our home's well-being and your pet's safety, please leave all animals at home. Absolutely no smoking in the house. A charge of $50 per night per person for any additional persons not included on the original reservation. Total guests may not exceed four persons per night. Failure to comply with the maximum guest policy may result in cancelation of your reservation. Ring Camera monitors who comes and goes to the house. No parties, extra guests, or pets allowed.
