The pools are open only in the summer season from June to September the rest of the year you can enjoy the garden or the beach which is 700 meters from the apartment The date of the opening and closing of the pools is different each year ,it is important to consult before booking. At this time Costa del Sol is in a drought situation due to lack of water (pools are closed until second notice ) SWIMMING POOLS OPEN FROM 06/08/2024 until 30/09/2024 Near the apartment is Parque de la Paloma ,close to all amenities :supermarkets,pharmacy,shops ,bars ,restaurants,Selwo Marina (dolphinarium) Arroyo de la Miel is 5 min and the beach 700 meters away Other things to note No smoking in the apartment for non-compliance. 200 euros is penalized. No noise after 10 pm until 8:00 am. No trash is thrown out the window ,nor is it left down the hallways . For lost keys , pool card is penalized with 100 euros .
