It does not share walls with any other unit, so offers unparalleled privacy and serenity. As an end unit, it features wrap-around decks, ensuring expansive views and excellent seclusion. The property combines modern boho charm with high-end finishes, providing a serene retreat with every comfort. The Residence: • Bedrooms: Comfortably sleep 6 in the three spacious bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, high-end mattress, luxury high-thread-count linens, ample storage, smart TV, mini-fridge, and en-suite bathroom. The master suite includes a massive two-person shower with dual rainfall shower. Each bedroom has its own private balcony with tranquil views out over the lush jungle. • Bathrooms: 3.5 bathrooms (one full bathroom for each bedroom, plus a half-bath on the rooftop). The bathrooms feature elegant rainfall showers, and two of the bathrooms have double sinks. • Living Areas: The open-concept living space includes a well-stocked gourmet kitchen, a stylish dining area with seating for 6, and a comfortable living room with flat-screen smart TV. From our property, you’re just an easy 3-block walk from a variety of fabulous restaurants, shops, and markets. Aldea Zama is conveniently situated halfway between the vibrant beach road and Tulum town, so it’s just a short 5 or 10-minute drive to either. It’s also very close to the new Jaguar National Park and the famous Tulum Mayan ruins, and there’s a fantastic new bike path leading to these attractions. Aldea Zama is a high-end community that offers a tranquil jungle setting while providing easy access to the many fabulous attractions of Tulum. We’re glad you asked! *Location: our neighborhood is widely considered to be the best and safest in all of Tulum. Aldea Zama is unique, in that it was developed with an overall master plan, including residential and retail spaces, beautiful pedestrian-only areas and parks, wide tree-lined avenues, and designated green space—all within easy walking or biking distance. Also, part of the master plan was installing top-of-the-line infrastructure for services such as water, fiber optic internet, and electricity. Many newer neighborhoods are popping up in Tulum, but many lack city planning, adequate services, and even paved roads and trash collection service. Also to note is that our area borders the new Jaguar National Park and the famous Tulum ruins, with a terrific dedicated bike path that leads to these attractions. *Property: our building was built during a time when quality construction and large floorplans were valued. Our condo is actually by far the largest in our entire property, as it was the unit that the developer planned to keep for herself. With the construction boom currently going on in Tulum, many new projects are being built as quickly as possible, with questionable attention to detail, and with twice as many units crammed into the same amount of space. *Atmosphere: our property has a small, boutique feel. With only 21 units, it is certainly not one of the new mega-buildings. This provides a more serene, friendly atmosphere. There are many complaints in other locations of Tulum about relentlessly loud music going all night and making it impossible to sleep. Wouldn’t you rather partake in the parties at the beach and in town, and then be able to retreat back to a calm sanctuary? This is the quiet place to go, after the after party! *Property Management: I am your Airbnb host and property manager with over 16 years hosting experience.
