Welcome to my 1930's Farm Cottages... & Wedding Venue. 3 COTTAGES (packaged together) ... All 3 cottages are in short walking distance to one another on front of our Old Woodland 17 Acres Weddings -on site, Sports Teams, Shawnee Sports Complex, (15mins) Barboursville Sports Complex (30min) Charleston Center 15-20min Local/Chain Restaurants/Eateries/Gas, Mini Outdoor Mall (Walmart) Interstate I-64 , Mardi Gras Casino & Grayhound Venue (5-7min). also halfway between Charleston/Huntington. The space Our 3 cottages have been used as a group retreat, weddings, business conferences, family, reunions, girls-get-away, men's retreat, women's retreat. Minimum of 3 nights Enjoy each unique themed cottage with a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, Free WiFi/TV in each cottage. Our Old Stone Carriage House 3 BR, 1 1/2 Baths, Cozy Living room with Original Wood Floors, sleeps 6, our Country-Chic (sleeps 4) 2 BR/1 Bath, & Industrial-Rustic sleeps 4) 2 BR /1 Bath. We were in Charleston for my daughter's graduation and we had a large group of relatives ranging in ages from 22 to 82. Nancy's place provided the perfect accommodations for our group. The 3 beautiful cottages gave us the flexibility to have a place to gather and a place to enjoy some peace and quiet. Each cottage is decorated beautifully and the little touches provide a very welcoming feeling. Nancy is very easy to communicate with and responds in a quick and friendly manner. We will definitely book again if we find ourselves in the Charleston area. Thank you for hosting our graduation celebration group.
