Located in the quietest part of the Old Town, which is the most important attraction the city has to offer. Museums, shops and restaurants are minutes away. The fully equipped kitchen and a recently opened supermarket (a five minute walk) offer a cheaper alternative for dining out every night. The entire apartment is yours! The neighborhood hosts embassies and government offices, it is just 150 meters from the Parliament building, and a five-minute walk down hill to the livelier area of the Old Town, full of restaurants and bars. Tallinn's Old Town is one of the best preserved medieval towns in Europe, and the apartment is situated right in the middle of all the history, in a building that was once the Portuguese embassy. The main railway station (Balti jaam) is a 10-minute walk away, many buses, trams etc start from there. The entire Old Town is of walking distance, for longer trips, taxis are fairly cheap. It is cheaper to order a taxi by phone (they speak English), check for phone numbers on the information sheet in the apartment. If you have your own car, please ask about the parking situation in the Old Town. Luggage hold lockers are available close by at the key pickup location for 2€. -A refundable security deposit of 300€ is collected directly from the guests credit card on arrival. Deposit will be returned latest 5 days after check-out if there are no damages. - No reservations can be made by persons under 21. Reservations made by persons under 21 will not be accommodated. - Parties and large social gatherings are not allowed - Neighbours should not be disturbed with loud music and noise during the quiet hours between 23:00 and 7:00 - Smoking is not allowed indoors - If the house rules are violated then you must vacate the apartments and are subject to a fine of 200 euros for smoking and 200 euros for partying. - Photo Id is required for check-in.
