This cozy upstairs studio apartment is 3 mi. from GSP, 4 mi. from BMW, 2 mi. from downtown Greer, & a mile from the Greer Memorial Hospital. It's close to shopping & restaurants, yet has a country feel. WE HAVE PARKING SPACE FOR ONLY 1 REGULAR-SIZED VEHICLE. We do not allow smoking anywhere on our property. We don't want to breathe the smoke, nor do we want to endanger future guests who have allergies. If you smoke, we kindly ask that you choose another place to stay. We do not allow animals The space WHERE THE STUDIO IS: The building is located next to our home on the same 3/4-acre lot and shares the same driveway. It is on the second floor. When you arrive, you can pull down the driveway and park on the left side, nearer our house, and right in front of the covered stairway that leads to the apartment. Please note: There is space for one vehicle only. WHAT THE STUDIO FEATURES: A no-smoking environment--no smoking anywhere on the property. *Full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, and electric range allow you to easily cook and clean up meals, if you would rather not eat out. *Light-blocking window shades let you darken the room if you need to sleep during the day. *Cupboards are stocked with pans, utensils, dinnerware, and glasses. *Spice racks are stocked with a wide variety of spices. *A small hideaway ironing board and iron make it easy for you to remove the travel marks from your clothing. *Wi-Fi and Roku provided. We do not provide cable service. *Queen-size bed. *Full bath with tub, hair dryer, and toiletries. *Access to ground-floor laundry for guests who stay 7 days or more. *Coded keypad entry provides access regardless of what time you arrive. We do not allow smoking anywhere on our property. If you smoke, please, kindly, stay somewhere else. * We cannot accommodate pets. We make every attempt to keep our spaces “animal-free” for those who might suffer from allergies due to pet dander. Guest access You'll have access to the apartment and the screen porch. Feel free to take in the back yard as well. Other things to note Although we don't provide regular breakfast fare, we do place a large jug of filtered water in the frig and fill a bowl with assorted snacks. We have a parking spot for only one regular-sized vehicle. We encourage recycling and provide bins for that purpose. We do our own cleaning to ensure a high standard for our guests. Our units are well suited to enable social distancing, as there are no "shared spaces." We do not allow smoking on our property. If you smoke, we would prefer you choose a different place to stay, as even the residual odor is very difficult to remove from the apartment.
