The neighborhood is safe and quiet, yet blocks from a thriving nightlife in downtown Ferndale. I have a garden and sweet little backyard space that is available for your enjoyment. Parking is available in front of the house on the street or in the driveway when I am traveling. It is located just two miles from the Detroit Zoo, a major regional golf course, and the Interstate freeway system. It is within minutes of the vibrant art and entertainment districts of downtown Ferndale and Royal Oak, the Detroit midtown cultural center, and the downtown Detroit central business district.
