This home is located on 2 acres just 5 minutes from downtown, but feels like you're out in the country. The panoramic views from the patio and hot tub are spectacular & ever changing. Hiking and biking are minutes away. The house has an open feeling with beautiful stone & woodwork. A large laundry/mud room offers safe storage for bikes & other outdoor equipment. Enjoy the BBQ grill out on the patio while watching amazing sunsets & visiting rabbits & birds. We now have air conditioning. The space The lodging tax for staying at this property is 5.1% and not the 13% that is charged for houses located in the city. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and property. Other things to note Pets are welcome but there is an extra charge of $60.
