Our cozy, tasteful cottage is in the heart of Sedona: very private but walking distance to Oak Creek and Tlaquepaque. From your private porch watch the incredible sunset colors or full moon rise over the eastern formations. Pure magic! The space A self-contained, 600 sq. ft. casita/guesthouse in the traditional Sedona cottage style, separate from the main house with its own entrance and parking. Private stone stairs lead from parking to the spacious private porch where guest(s) can enjoy the eastern red rock views. A perfect hideaway for the solo traveler or a romantic hideaway for two! As the guest(s) enters the casita, there are large picture windows throughout. Our well appointed cottage is highlighted with original fine art and crystal photography - plus breathtaking views inside and out of the sunrise, sunset, and full moonrise. Comfortably and tastefully furnished with quality leather sofa, reclining wing chair (great for reading!), and antique dining table. There is a complete kitchen with full-size electric stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee with single cup and 12-cup coffeemaker, pots and pans, toaster, cutting board, and other kitchen essentials. We provide organic coffees, sweeteners, and condiments plus welcome gifts in the kitchen for every guest. There is a filtered water dispenser and bottled water in the refrigerator. Beautiful full tub/shower with a soothing rain shower head. A private laundry with washer and dryer, detergent and fabric softener is available to guest(s) staying more than 2 nights. In the calm, well-appointed bedroom there is a new Serta premium split-king bed with luxury linens and pillows - 4 soft and 2 firm for maximum comfort - extra reading lamps and large closets. In addition to your private porch, you also will enjoy a private stone terrace with table and seating - perfect for enjoying a cool drink on long summer evenings! Guest access You will have complete access to the cottage and private yard, plus the private laundry room if you are staying two nights or more. We are just a five-minute walk to the eastern (Brewer/Airport Vortex) trailhead. Or you can walk 10 minutes down the road to Oak Creek. It's less than a three minute drive to beautiful Tlaquepaque or Uptown shopping, or five minutes to fantastic restaurants, groceries, bike and jeep rentals, and other services.
