This home is located near shops and restaurants, approximately a 10 minute drive to MGM, approximately 10 minute drive Old Town Alexandria, 2.5 miles from Huntington metro station, and 25 minute drive to DC. This location allows for easy access to I-495 (Beltway). Guest access Upon reserving the home, you will have a private bedroom with a queen bed, a private bathroom, and an additional room with office materials. You will also have access to the living room and kitchen, but these areas will be shared. During your stay I will be able to meet and greet. Other things to note Guest will be charged an additional 6% for a Transient Occupancy Tax for Fairfax County tax via the resolution center. This tax fee will be requested once the Air Bnb reservation is confirmed.
