Beautiful guest home in West Sedona tucked away at the base of Sugarloaf Rock, hiking to coffeepot, thunder mountain, teacup, and continues in both directions linking to endless trails from our private entry. Peaceful property at the end of a cul-de-sac. 2 minutes drive to shops, movies, restaurants. Sleeps 4. The space Queen bed and full size sleeper sofa. Shared laundry room adjoining the stone casita next door to you. This is shared with another space and housekeeping and is available for use between 3-9pm and 9-11am. Heating is provided with space heaters only. Cooling comes from wall mounted AC units in the bedroom and main area. Portable fans are available for extra personal comfort. TV is Amazon fire stick only and is not connected to cable. Wifi is strong and is frequently used by guests to work during their stay here. Kitchenette: toaster oven, microwave, hotplate, kettle, coffee maker, french press, cooking utensils, blender, 1/2 refrigerator. Full size bath with hair dryer and amenities provided. We are an eco and allergy friendly household. We do not allow animals on the property (including service animals), encourage preserving lighting, cooling and heat. We offer recycling and use cloth rags and napkins vs. paper towels. Guest access Beautiful peaceful outdoor area with a private seating area and shared fire pit and BBQ. There are two other units at the end of this cul-de-sac so pull right up to the blue door for your parking area. You may occasionally hear one of our cars pulling in or out.
