You're maybe a 10 minute drive to First & Broadway. That would be going to the far end of downtown from here which means everything else (Bridgestone, Honky Tonk, Ryman, etc.) is closer/less time than that. Midtown is less than a mile. Hillsboro Village is a half mile. 12th South is 1 mile. The Gulch is 1.6 miles. Centennial Park is less than 1.5 miles if you drive. To Belmont you are 0.2 miles and Vanderbilt is 0.3 miles. Walking friendly. E-scooters are everywhere. Uber/Lyft drivers are always nearby. Parking on the street is free plentiful between 4:00 pm and 7:30 am during the week and all day on the weekend. It's still free parking during the day but students from Belmont sometimes fill the spaces. To accommodate this, we do have off street parking behind the building to the right and directly behind this building.
