This beautiful Villa Ajlin is located in a quiet area near the sea and just a few minutes from the tourist town of Medulin. The location of this holiday home allows for relaxation but also offers various activities such as jet skiing, diving, paragliding, and much more. The space The villa has four well-equipped bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. The stylishly decorated ground floor consists of a living room and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a cozy bedroom with its own bathroom. A staircase leads from the ground floor to the first floor, where there are three more comfortable and beautifully decorated bedrooms with private bathrooms and TVs. All bedrooms have double beds and direct access to their own balconies, providing an additional private spot to enjoy the beautiful sea view. If you want to spend your vacation in the sun, you will find a refreshing pool in front of the villa, perfect for warm sunny days. If you prefer swimming in the sea, the nearest beach in the bay is just 100 m from the villa. Mukalba Beach is 300 m away, and Medulin Beach is about 1.5 km. The villa also features an outdoor kitchen behind the house, perfect for preparing meals in the open air, and a ping pong table for fun with family and friends. Outside the house, there is also a dining area with a charcoal grill. Private parking is available on a fully fenced property.
