Supermarkets, leisure areas, and various restaurants are also just a few steps away. Guests can enjoy the sun, the beaches, and the City of Arts and Sciences, all just a few steps away. Guest access We are always available to help ensure a smooth stay. Communication will be handled through Airbnb, with additional direct messaging support after booking if needed. Guests are strictly forbidden to occupy common areas such as streets, sidewalks, or pavement/road, or to hang clothes in spaces not provided for this purpose, so as not to disturb the neighbors.
