Conveniently located in the heart of the Sonoma valley on the Hamilton Family Wines vineyard, additional wineries such as Landmark, MacLaren, La Rochelle, Chateau St. Jean, St. Anne's Crossing, and many more are an easy stroll away. Our beautiful property feels like the country, but is located immediately outside the village of Kenwood, with shops and several dining options. Your private retreat is comfortably appointed with two bedrooms, each featuring a Queen bed, and an additional queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The bright and airy living area offers an electric fireplace, flat-screen TV, and indoor-outdoor living on a large deck offering expansive views over our walnut trees, south block vineyard, Landmark Winery, and Sugarloaf mountain. Your separate, and very private, outdoor space is nestled between the Carriage house and our vintage barn, offering dappled shade most of the day. The outdoor space features a dining table, gas grill, and lounge seating with firetable. The well appointed kitchen has everything you need for gourmet wine-country eating, featuring a top-of-the-line electric range, microwave, toaster, full-sized fridge, a Keurig K-Cup coffee maker (we supply the coffee), French press, and all the pots, pans, and utensils you'd need and expect. Interior dining is around a charming country table. There's also a full size dishwasher so you can spend less time cleaning and more time enjoying wine-country. We want you to feel welcome and enjoy your time in wine-country, so we provide a bottle of wine with our compliments. We also offer a unique, owner-guided tasting of our Hamilton Family Wines set among the vines and with beautiful views across the valley and mountains beyond. We just finished rebuilding, and are back on the property. While the property is almost completely back to what it was, there may still be some landscaping work, or other small projects happening during your stay. We're also on a working vineyard, and in an agricultural area, meaning tractors or other machinery may be in use during your stay. As much as possible, we try and restrict any work to during the day when you'll likely be out exploring. Nonetheless, we're sure you'll enjoy the peace and tranquility of the valley.
