The space Designed by renowned architect Elizabeth Wright Ingraham — the granddaughter of Frank Lloyd Wright — this home is truly unlike any other in Colorado. Elizabeth lived here for several years before selling the property, giving our community a special connection to her remarkable mountain-inspired architecture. The romantic master bedroom offers a cozy retreat, while the suite also features a dedicated movie theater room with a projector, large screen, and wrap-around couch — perfect for relaxing nights in after a day of adventure. Your private entrance opens to a fully fenced one-acre property that connects to numerous hiking trails, including our famous yet secluded waterfall hike. After a day exploring the trails, return to soak in your private hot tub and unwind in the sauna beneath the Colorado sky. >Included in the suite you'll find: • Two romantic bedrooms • The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a private indoor wet sauna • The second bedroom has its own full bathroom located just down the hall • A dedicated movie theater room with projector, large screen, and wrap-around couch • A private outdoor hot tub perfect for soaking beneath the stars Guest access Guests have private access to the entire lower-level guest suite through a separate entrance on the back side of the house. The main house entrance is located at the front of the property. The suite includes an indoor wet sauna and movie theater room with projector and wrap-around couch. Outside, you’ll enjoy a private hot tub and a fully fenced one-acre yard. Please note that the upper level of the home is a separate rental with its own hot tub on the balcony above. While both spaces are private, guests may occasionally see one another outdoors. Laundry is also available with key access. Well-behaved dogs are welcome (up to two, house trained and under 50 lbs). A $40 pet fee per stay applies. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and should not be left unattended if they are prone to barking or other behavioral issues. This is an adults-only retreat and is not suitable for children or infants. You do not have access to the main house or front yard, which is located above you. All of your spaces are private for your party only. Other things to note • Adults-only property – not suitable for children or infants. • Dogs welcome (up to two, under 50 lbs). Dogs must be well behaved and may not be left unattended if prone to barking or other behavioral issues. • No parties. Small, respectful gatherings are fine. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM – 9:00 AM. • Smoking outdoors only. • Please rinse off lotions, oils, and soaps before using the hot tub to help keep it clean. • The lower-level spa suite is a separate private rental, and the upper level of the home may be occupied by other guests. • Wildlife is common in the area, please keep trash secured and do not leave food outside, as bears and other wildlife occasionally pass through mountain neighborhoods. • During snowy months, a vehicle suitable for mountain driving is recommended. Roads are typically plowed regularly and chains are not required.
