A spacious and unique holiday home you get all to yourselves. Detached Grade II listed building that stands majestically overlooking the coast and the Lake District mountains. Sympathetically recently renovated to a luxurious standard. Perfect for families that want to explore and enjoy the great outdoors or just relax in comfort by the real fire in the large lounge or on the huge patio overlooking the water sports lagoon. There's plenty of secure storage for kayaks, paddle boards and bikes. The space Detached, built in 1873 but recently renovated and modernised. Very large rooms, tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, Harris tweed sofas, Laura Ashley decor, country house style. Real log fire and all the mod cons. Beds are superkings and 2 singlebeds. We went for space rather than squeezing more bedrooms in on the renovation. 4 ensuite bedrooms with beautiful views of the coast and mountains. There is an extra upstairs quiet lounge area with comfortable sofas. Outside is a large furnished patio and a large lawned garden perfect for cricket or swing ball. We have provided some outdoor family games. You have your own fully equiped bar to create some cocktails or chill your beers and try some rustic cooking in our log fired pizza oven. Guest access Sole use of the building, patio, garden and carpark during your stay. Other things to note Please inform us if you require the travel cots or extra beds. We have 2 single Z beds and a double inflatable bed if you want to add to your guest numbers. We provide free, one bucket of logs, fire lighters and kindling for the pizza oven and one bucket of coal for the fire. Any further supplies can be bought by the guests locally we have left the contact details for them and the shop does deliver for you. All instructions for the pizza oven is in the kitchen info file.
