Take a spiral staircase up to a light, airy, beautiful, treehouse-like space. Modern amenities. 1 mile to Abbot Kinney and 1.5 miles to Venice beach. Lots of places to walk to for dining and shopping. Bikes available upon request and signed waiver. Kitchen is not a full kitchen. It is equipped with mini fridge, French press, coffee maker, nespresso machine, toaster, tea kettle and microwave. No cats or pets are in the space. The space This space has it's own bathroom. A 32" TV is equipped with Apple-TV and a DVD player. Guest access Use of the yard, and patio is available upon request. Other things to note Guest who book must be comfortable going up and down a spiral staircase.
