Set in the perfect neighborhood to take a quiet walk or relax in the backyard. Enter into the single story home and relax in the living room area equipped with a wood burning fireplace. The living room has a sofa,  loveseat and lazy boy chair for comfortable viewing of the flat screen TV with the Spectrum streaming app.  Gather around the dining table for a meal or game night.  Play a competitive game on the vintage arcade table game The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including gas range, dishwasher, microwave and standard coffee maker. Head out to the fully fenced back yard and enjoy the 8 person hot tub or grill on the propane barbecue. Play a friendly game of horseshoes or soak in the hot tub and enjoy the amazing star show only Big Bear can offer. When evening comes, retreat to one of the three bedrooms located down the hall. The master suite has a Queen bed and private full bathroom, and a flat screen TV.  The second bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and the third bedroom has a full over full bunk and flat screen TV.  A full bathroom is located in the hall for your convenience. Note: The home is near full time residents,  please be respectful. Sound does carry in the mountains. Please refrain from any late night gatherings and keep in mind that any loud noise inside after 10PM will be reported by the neighbors. Other things to note We participate in Big Bear’s “Good Neighbor Program.” This is a family home in a private and quiet neighborhood. We have pledged that our tenants will abide by our rental agreement & will respect the neighbor’s right to “quiet enjoyment” from 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Disturbing the peace is a City Ordinance Violation. Please be respectful due to sound traveling in the mountains. Do not use the barbecue after 10:00 PM. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the property with no refund and additional fines from the City of Big Bear. Do not trespass into neighboring properties.
