The lower elevation makes it very easy and safe to navigate in snowy conditions. Very close to everything! The convenient location makes this the best place to stay in Incline Village and all of Lake Tahoe. The fantastic location makes this condo very convenient for navigating around town. Walking distance to the center of town for fantastic restaurants, shopping, Starbucks, and/or grocery shopping, and just a few minutes by vehicle. There is a large carport to park in that is located Right outside the front door (very convenient.) The carport is built to fit all standard sized vehicles. For example: my Chevy Tahoe easily fits within the carport. Therefore, your vehicle is very close, safe, and accessible. The carport protects your vehicle from the snowy winter elements, while preserving your vehicle's exterior from the summer sun.
