Spacious charm suggests the delights of this unique, roomy (4,000 sf, 5BR/5.5 bath), historic “Shingle Style” hillside home on 3.7 acres, with spectacular views of Shinnecock Bay. Plenty of space to relax on the numerous lawns, porches and patios. The space This beautiful and spacious house is over a century old. It is quiet and surrounded by lawns and trees, yet a 3 minute walk to the nearby bay, and a few minutes drive from the towns and public beaches. Guest access Prior to their arrival, guests will either be provided a code to a lockbox with keys to the unit, or will be greeted by the owner on site with the keys. Other things to note There is a minimum 3 night stay. Smoking is not permitted. Dogs may be allowed with explicit Owner's permission and an additional $100 cleaning fee. This house has many antique items throughout, is geared towards Adults and is not suitable for children under 14 years old.
