Plenty of space to relax on the numerous lawns, porches and patios. The space This beautiful and spacious house is over a century old. It is quiet and surrounded by lawns and trees, yet a 3 minute walk to the nearby bay, and a few minutes drive from the towns and public beaches. Guest access Prior to their arrival, guests will either be provided a code to a lockbox with keys to the unit, or will be greeted by the owner on site with the keys. Other things to note There is a minimum 3 night stay. Smoking is not permitted. Dogs may be allowed with explicit Owner's permission and an additional $100 cleaning fee. This house has many antique items throughout, is geared towards Adults and is not suitable for children under 14 years old.
