The space This apartment is ideal for those looking for a spacious and cozy place to stay. ✧ WHAT WE PROVIDE The items we provide include bed linen, towels (no slippers, no bathrobes), liquid soap (no shampoo), laundry detergent, toilet paper, an iron, a hairdryer, and kitchen essentials (no spices). All items are provided once at the beginning of your stay. If you require a change of bed linen and towels during your stay, you can request it for an additional fee of $10 per set; an extra set costs $15. Cleaning during your stay is available for an additional fee. ✧ IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 2 GUESTS If you indicate more than 2 guests, the price will include an additional set of bed linen and towels for the sofa. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire apartment as it is kept exclusively for their use. Welcome to our apartment! We hope you will feel like home while enjoying Armenia! Other things to note ✧ CHECK-IN-OUT, LUGGAGE STORAGE The earliest you can check-in is 15:00 and the latest you have to check-out is 11:00. You can check-in/out during the evening/night hours, too. Sadly, there are no lockers or a place to store your luggage in our apartment. So, if there is a mismatch between your travel schedule and our check-in/out hours, please consider booking an extra day. In accordance with local legislative requirements, after confirming your reservation, we kindly request that you provide copies of your passports before the check-in date. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be required to sign an accommodation agreement, which will be available in the apartment.
