It can accommodate up to 6 people very comfortably within 2 queen beds and 1 king in the master bedroom, making it a great choice if you’re traveling as a family or larger group of friends.This immaculate home is an unusual find with so many extras! - COURTYARD - The best way to enjoy a cup of coffee is with a stunning sunrise which you can enjoy in the courtyard lounging areas. In the evening you’ll be captivated by the natural beauty of bold and brilliant sunsets. But the beauty is not over upon dusk, look up and enjoy the stars and constellations above or cozy up and enjoy an evening bonfire. - BACKYARD - Alternatively, relax in the private back outdoor living space, the backyard backs a wash and here you’ll see plenty of wild life such as quails, wild bunnies, and more. The patio area offers plenty of outdoor seating and dining space and features a stainless steel gas grill for a BBQ. The backyard is fully fenced ensuring your pets safety. - KITCHEN - Complete with a fully equipped kitchen, it’s an ideal choice for a family vacation. The open kitchen layout features included but is not limited to: four burner gas stove, oven, built in microwave & dishwasher, toaster, a filter coffee brewer, island, breakfast bar, and a counter high dining room table with a mesmerizing view of the lake. - LIVING ROOM - Wind down in the open, airy, inviting living room with a leather sectional and have a movie night featuring a smart TV that includes cable viewing from OptimumTv and Netflix. Additionally there are several room lighting options including a relaxing blue ambiance lighting or enjoy the gas fireplace. - BEDROOMS - The master bedroom has finely carved oak king size bedroom set complete with a large walk-in-closet with shelf storage. The comfortably extensive king bed is perfectly centered to enjoy a movie night in bed on smart TV that features cable viewing from DirectTv. Additionally an en-suite to ensure you’ll have a private space to relax, this includes double sink vanity, a separate shower with custom tile work and a bolted “shower grab bar”. The other two beautifully white plush carpeted bedrooms feature queen size beds and plenty of storage with closets access and dressers to accommodate additional storage space needed. - SHARED BATH - The second bathroom is centrally located for easy access throughout the home and has a tub shower combo so you can enjoy a nice relaxing soak. - PARKING - Upon arrival you will make your way up along a steep inclined driveway. Although there is no garage access, there is plenty of flat parking at the top of the driveway with easy entry way access; as well as a special designated spot for your RV or boat. In consideration we just ask to not encroach on the neighbors property. > EXTRAS < There are a few extras to enjoy! • Our showers are both equipped with a shampoo dispenser. • There is some firewood provided if you would like to use the fire pit. • The kitchen is stocked with napkins, paper-towels, condiments such as salt, pepper, various seasonings and some pantry staples. • In the kitchen you will also find an ice maker along with a variety of pots, pans, baking trays, dishes, cups, and silverware. • You will have access to the washer and dryer with complimentary detergent, bleach, and fabric provided. • We have complimentary coffee, sugar, & creamer for the perfect brew. We have a filter coffee machine for your use. We truly want this to feel like home away from home.
