The Parenthèse du Las opens its doors to Saint Jean d'Illac, located between Bordeaux and Cap Ferret, to let you discover a unique, relaxing and friendly place... an idyllic setting, quiet (not overlooked) and four rooms with personalized decoration that will make you forget everything! Its central location will allow you to be close to the most beautiful sites such as the Pilat Dune, the Arcachon Bay, Cap Ferret, the Medoc vineyards and the beautiful city of Bordeaux. The space The Bohème room is one of the 4 guest rooms of the La Parenthèse du Las guest house. The house is 350 m2 on a wooded park of more than 3500 m2. Guest access The bedroom and bathroom (with toilet) are private. The living room and dining room (with an area of 140 m2) are shared. As well as the park of more than 3500 m2 with many relaxation areas, the heated 10 x 4 swimming pool, the spa on request, and a shared semi-covered outdoor space to prepare simple summer dishes if you wish. During your stay Living on site, my husband and I are at your disposal for any requests and will be happy to chat with you! Other things to note The house is non-smoking. Eating in the bedrooms is strictly forbidden.
